Hotel Ibis Budget Laval - Bonchamp Les Laval

The hotel was located right by france for 8 years. We got impeccably clean triple room with 3 kids under 10 yo as an upgrade, nice gesture. It was nice having central heating, a work desk, and a TV set.

Our family of five had a great stay here, the room was spacious enough for all of us, including our three young children under 10 years old.

The location it offers is quiet and perfect, near to france for 8 years. Also, it's located 4 km from Perrine Garden...

With three young kids, I loved the cozy room and the super comfortable bed, all for just £30, in a peaceful location right in the heart of town.

The lady at reception was absolutely incredible - she went above and beyond for us! A true superstar! 5+ stars for her! The hotel offered wi-fi, free parking, 24-hour security, a welcome drink, a snack bar. The leisure/tv room was a great addition for relaxation. Express check-in/out made things super convenient. They even had beach umbrellas available! Wheelchair access was provided, and pets were allowed. The air conditioning was great, and it was a no-smoking environment. a reliable and satisfying stay!

We recently stayed at Ibis Budget and had a fantastic experience. the lady at reception was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She truly was a superstar! the service we received from her was top-notch and deserving of a 5+ star rating. Unfortunately, we didn't catch her name, but she was there when we arrived on Saturday, August 26th, and also on Sunday. We hope our appreciation reaches her!

There seemed to be a shortage of everything, and we had to ask for every item.

The motel is part of a reliable and consistent economy chain that always meets my needs. The location is convenient for a quick meal, with delicious pizza available on-site.

The only area that could use improvement was the breakfast. Some breakfast items were not readily available and had to be requested.
